CLASS OPTIONS

First Time to the Studio

If you're new to Pilates or just new to the Pure Motion Pilates studio, taking a private class is a prerequisite before joining our group classes.  During your first session, I will make a recommendation for future instruction. This may include privates only, a mix of privates and group classes, or possibly a quick transition to advanced classes. We will chat for approximately 10 minutes and then get moving onto a solid 45-minute workout.

Once you've completed the Intro Class session, I will invite you to join one or more of my classes to help you reach your goals

Reformer Restore Classes

Discover how Pilates can help you in your journey to gain alignment, flexibility, strength, balance and stability. Learn the fundamentals of Pilates at a gentle pace while achieving better movement patterns to feel more energized throughout your day.

This Restorative Pilates class is great for those with injuries, joint problems, restricted movement or who are newer to Pilates.  

Punch Pass

8 Session

Purchase a 8-session Reformer Restore Punch pass. This pass gives you the most flexibility at a discounted rate. Use your pass to book the Reformer Restore classes you choose. This pass will allow you to cancel or reschedule your class times during the month with 24 hours notice. Pass is valid for 1 year.

$180 for 8 sessions

Classes are Tuesdays @ 1:00pm and Wednesdays @1:00pm

Reformer Align Classes

A full body workout centered around refining the Pilates fundamentals. This class incorporates different props and equipment to keep things interesting and to keep you progressing.  Modifications will be provided for those with injuries, but a solid knowledge of Pilates core fundamentals is required

This Align Pilates class would be great for you if you have a secure understanding of Pilates fundamentals and are looking to take your Pilates practice to the next level with props and equipment.

Reformer Strengthen Classes

A challenging workout that incorporates different props to strengthen your whole body and achieve athletic results. Coordination, sequencing, balance, mobility, stability and control are all taken to the next level in this class. while still focusing on proper alignment and fundamentals.  Modifications will be provided for those with injuries, but a solid knowledge of Pilates core fundamentals is required. 

This Reformer Strengthen class is great for you if you are looking to take your pilates practice to the next level.

One-On-One

Private Session

Whether you're just getting started on your fitness journey or are an experienced practitioner, a one-on-one approach is the key to helping you reach your individual goals. I will work with you directly - modifying and tailoring workouts based off of your specific needs and abilities. As a result, you will experience immediate results from improving posture, strengthening weak muscles & imbalances as well as relieving tension and building core strength.

5 Session

Purchase a 5-session One-On-One Reformer Punch Pass. This pass gives you the most flexibility at a discounted rate. It will allow you to cancel and reschedule your class times during the month with 24 hours notice and is valid for 1 year.

Semi-Private

A semi-private reformer class for 2-4 people that want to work out together.

Partnering up is a great way to get the most out of your experience! You'll not only be having fun and supporting each other, but you will also keep each other accountable. Together under a similar program, I will guide you through a creative specialized program to help everyone become stronger, more flexible, and properly aligned.
